If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders are returnable only if the order was not manufactured according to the original approved specifications.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.


Non custom orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipping of the item. Cancellation of custom orders will only be honored if the design and manufacturing of the item has not been started and/or completed. There is no option for canceling an order if custom work design has been approved by the customer.


Please allow 2 – 2 1/2 weeks for the manufacturing of your order, after which it will be shipped. Shipping from our warehouse to the destination will incur extra time. Shipping is limited to the USA. Upon shipment an email will be sent with tracking information for delivery.

Offered to most Maine cities or towns – call 207-989-3473 to place your order and quote for a possible reduced shipping rate for orders shipped within Maine.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
